Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Before Build Starts

If you request a cancellation before we have started building your landing page (i.e., before intake details are processed and work has commenced), you are eligible for a full refund. Contact us at hello@techmavie.digital to request cancellation.

2. After Build Starts

Once we have started building your landing page (intake processed and work commenced), refunds are not available. At this point, resources have been allocated and work is in progress on your deliverable. You will still receive the complete deliverable as described in your tier's scope.

3. What Counts as "Build Started"

The build is considered started once we confirm receipt of your business details (intake) and notify you that your project is in progress. You will receive an email confirmation when this happens, along with your estimated delivery date.

4. Dissatisfaction with Delivery

If you are not satisfied with the delivered landing page, please use your included revision round(s) to request changes. Revisions cover copy and content changes within existing sections. We are committed to delivering a page that matches the details you provided in your intake. If there is a significant discrepancy between what you described and what was delivered, contact us to discuss a resolution.

5. Founding Member Pricing

Founding member discounts do not change this refund policy. The same refund terms apply regardless of whether you purchased at standard or founding member pricing.

6. How to Request a Refund

Email us at hello@techmavie.digital with your name, email used during checkout, and the reason for your request. Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days back to the original payment method.
