Terms of Service

1. Service Overview

MyMSME ("the Service") is a done-for-you landing page creation service operated by TechMavie Digital. We build single-page landing pages for service-based businesses in Malaysia, including coaches, consultants, trainers, and professional service providers.

2. Scope of Service

Each package includes a defined scope of work. The deliverables for each tier are as follows:

• Starter (RM 800): Single landing page (hero, offer, CTA, footer), AI copywriting, 1 Stripe payment link, mobile-optimized, managed hosting, 1 copy-only revision.
• Professional (RM 2,400): Full landing page (10+ sections), AI copywriting with professional review, up to 3 Stripe payment links, SEO setup, deployment on your domain, 1 full revision round, 30 days bug-fix support.
• Premium (RM 4,800): Everything in Professional plus thank-you page, email notifications, analytics setup, custom palette refinement, 2 revision rounds, 60 days support, 30-day content refresh call.

3. Revisions

Revisions are limited to copy and content changes within existing sections and components. Structural changes (adding new sections, changing page layout, adding new pages) constitute new scope and are not included in the revision allowance. If you require changes beyond the included revision rounds, we will provide a quote for additional work.

4. Delivery Timeline

The delivery timeline begins only after we receive your complete business details (intake), not at the time of payment. Estimated delivery times are: Starter — 5 business days, Professional — 7 business days, Premium — 10 business days. These are estimates and may vary depending on intake completeness and revision cycles.

5. Template Immutability

All landing pages are built using our professionally designed template system. This means the page structure, layout, typography hierarchy, and responsive behavior are fixed. You may customize content, colors (within available palette options), and copy — but not the underlying template structure. This approach ensures consistent quality and fast delivery.

6. Payment

All payments are processed through Stripe and are one-time payments. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and FPX (online banking). All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are inclusive of the service as described. There are no hidden fees or recurring charges.

7. Founding Member Terms

Founding member pricing applies to the first 10 fully paid orders only. Founding clients agree to provide a short text testimonial after delivery. Founding member discounts do not modify the scope of any tier — the deliverables are identical to standard pricing. The discount does not confer additional revision rights or custom build privileges.

8. Limitation of Liability

TechMavie Digital provides the Service on an "as-is" basis within the defined scope. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the delivered landing page. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service tier purchased.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
